Teresa Estrada, M.S. is an experienced educator and counselor. She is an expert in her fields and a dynamic speaker and motivator. In her self-development workshops, she provides essential and lucrative information that lasts a lifetime. Teresa believes that it is important to nurture yourself. It will improve the quality of your life, and the overall happiness of the people around you.

Teresa has taught at schools in southern California over a span of thirty years, grades kindergarten through twelfth grades, Adult English as a Second Language, Spanish- College Preparatory, Adult Education courses in Psychology, Downey, Ca., Webster Career Business College, and was nominated Teacher of The Year in 1997. She is currently an Instructor at Cerritos College in the Community Education Department. In addition, she has provided presentations at Parent -Teacher Associations, Counseling Centers, Downey Southeast, and Women's Organizations, Women In Action, Women In Partnership, and Braveheart Women. She brings a tremendous amount of knowledge to students, parents, educators, and administrators. Her enthusiasm, humor, and positivity is refreshing and long-lasting.

As a Counselor of twenty-six years , Teresa quickly is committed to the counselees she serves. She instills trust, brings rapport and hope, centering on individual and achievable results. Her ability to encourage and build on personal strengths is very effective. By teaching coping mechanisms, she fosters well being in trying circumstances. Some of her greatest attributes are empathy, her intuitive nature, and authenticity.

Teresa Estrada has conducted research on Depression-Thesis, La Verne University, soon to be published. Research for Stanford University on Victims of Crime and Trauma for Dr. Rosa Casarez- Levison, 1989 and has participated on the Perfect Health Research, Biological Transformation Initiative at the Chopra Center, Carlsbad.

In addition, she has been a Precinct Officer for twenty-two years for Voting Elections, a Volunteer for Marianne Williamson, with A Course in Miracles, Neighborhood Crime Watch C0mmittee, An Advocate for Victims of Crime, and has served on Western Association of Schools Committee for the Evaluation of the Accreditation of Schools.
